Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before the product is shipped or produced. In the event of order cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Please note that orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We are committed to offering hassle-free returns for domestic (US/CA) orders. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged for shipping costs at most once (including returns). There will be no restocking fee for returning a product.

For international orders, returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order is shipped or incorrect item ordered.
  • Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in proper working condition by TMA quality control.
  • Damage resulting from misuse of products, including falls, exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the receipt and status of your refund. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there might be processing time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there could be a delay in the refund process.
